Empire Sheet Metal is founded upon versatility and attention to detail. We are a general sheet metal company that typically performs within the commercial sector; however, our staff loves taking on new challenges and custom work. We are located in Ontario California and do the majority of our work in the surrounding areas. We have the capability to install everything we fabricate; this is standard on our commercial projects. We can also provide various parts/ flashings in bulk for your installation, as well as help design and fabricate individual parts with no minimum quantity required. Featured below are brief descriptions of the primary methods we use to manipulate our materials.
We utilize a combination of our RAS Systems Shear and our Vicon Plasma Table to cut our blank sheets before further manipulation. Our shear allows us to cut up to 14 Ga sheet material at up to 10ft lengths. Common materials include galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper. Our plasma table gives us the ability to quickly layout more complex shapes that may, for example, require accurately placed notching or hole spacing.
We use our AXYZ router table primarily to fabricate cladding materials such as aluminum composite panels; these panels, and thicker aluminum parts, cannot be formed without first routing a portion of the material away at the bend location. This CNC machine gives us this ability to perform this task with extreme precision and consistency. While we use this machine most commonly for forming sheet metal, it can also be used to route various woods and plastics.
Folding sheet metal is what we do. Our Ras Turbo-bend Plus is how we accomplish this. We have the ability to bend sheet thicknesses up to 16 Ga and provide consistency in every bend. Parts can be fabricated in up to 10ft lengths out of a variety of materials, and can even be made to fit a radius.
